About the job We are seeking for a Health Tourism Sales Specialist for one of our companies which is giving health services in medical tourism sector. The candidate will be working in the Telesales department for patients who would like to have their treatments in Istanbul, Turkey. Qualifications: · University degree · Advanced level in Italian language · Proficiency in MS Office applications with prior experience in CRM programs, · Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to clients, · Advanced negotiation skills, . Proven sales record of outbound sales agent, · Good in communication skills, · Good listener and explains clearly with confidence and friendliness, · Ability to communicate and convince easily over the phone, · At least 1 year of experience in a health tourism (Plastic Surgeries, Hair Transplantation or Cosmetic Dentistry) Job Description: . Following up with the patient all along the sales process. · Contacting potential patients to inform them about a product or service · Providing all the details needed to the patient about our products and services, · Collecting information about the patient in order to close the deal, · Preparing and sharing price quotations to patients for their medical packages, · Other tasks given by management.
