Full time · Management Hospitality & Accomodation Job Description Culinary Vision & Brand Leadership Define and lead the culinary identity of the Italian fine dining concept in alignment with brand strategy. Design signature menus, tasting experiences, and seasonal offerings inspired by authentic Italian regional cuisine with contemporary refinement. Ensure culinary innovation while preserving authenticity, consistency, and excellence. Act as the culinary ambassador of the brand in media, events, and guest interactions. Executive Kitchen Management Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring flawless execution during service. Establish and enforce executive standards for recipes, plating, portioning, and service timing. Implement best-in-class kitchen systems, workflows, and SOPs. Supervise all culinary outlets or kitchens under the Italian concept (if applicable). Financial & Business Performance Own and manage food cost, labor cost, and kitchen budgets in line with financial targets. Drive profitability through menu engineering, waste reduction, yield optimization, and strategic sourcing. Collaborate with procurement to select premium, authentic Italian suppliers and products. Prepare and analyze culinary performance reports and KPIs.
