Act as the primary Level 1 Support for the new ERP system, managing user access, permissions, and basic troubleshooting. Coordinate with departments’ heads to manage "Essential Workflows" across HR, Finance, and Procurement. Assist in data migration and user acceptance testing (UAT). Design and maintain approval workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to replace manual paperwork.
