We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who will develop strategies for the discovery, visibility, and growth of our mobile apps, establish collaborations with influencers, and manage marketing processes ! Position: Influencer Marketing Manager Working Hours: Full-Time / Remote Opening Hours: Weekdays 09:00 - 18:00 - Weekends closed. Duties and Responsibilities: Researching and analyzing new influencers who are a good fit for the brand , and creating collaboration opportunities. Managing influencer collaborations end-to-end: handling communication, briefing, contracts, delivery, and reporting processes. Planning , designing, and implementing influencer advertising campaigns that align with brand objectives . Regularly monitoring the performance of ongoing campaigns , tracking KPIs, and making necessary optimizations. To report campaign results in detail and present them to the management team. Maintaining continuous and professional communication with influencers to effectively manage collaboration processes. Understanding the dynamics of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and closely following their new features. Regularly analyzing digital marketing trends, competitor campaigns, and industry developments . Generating creative ideas that align with the brand's tone and actively participating in content direction. To quickly identify and effectively resolve potential crises during campaign processes. Qualities We Look For in a Candidate: At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing strategies. Experience in effectively using social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter. Able to develop new ideas, create creative campaigns, and keep up with digital content trends, The ability to analyze campaign performance and use data to make strategic decisions, Advanced project management skills, strong organizational ability to initiate, monitor and optimize campaigns.
