Were seeking a highly motivated Industrial Engineer / Production Operations Manager to oversee our ERP/MRP system and manage day-to-day production operations. This role is central to the efficiency, planning, and organization of our manufacturing facility. Primary Responsibilities ERP/MRP System Management Serve as the lead user and administrator of the company's ERP/MRP system. Create, manage, and optimize production schedules and work orders. Maintain accurate bills of materials (BOMs), routings, inventory levels, and material requirements. Monitor production capacity, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency through ERP tools. Ensure accurate tracking of labor, materials, and job progress. Production Facility Management Oversee daily production activities to ensure on-time completion of jobs. Coordinate with fabrication, assembly, quality control, and shipping to optimize workflow. Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Monitor KPIs related to productivity, labor utilization, scrap, and throughput. Assist with shop floor layout design, workstation setup, and process documentation. Lead or support Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, workflow mapping, standard work, etc.). Ensure all safety and quality standards are followed. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
