How you’ll make an impact Plan routine and non-routine inspections of incoming materials & suppliers Verify incoming materials and their documentation meet specification of requirements. Manage labeling of all components with identification and status tag to visualize their compliance with requirements. Identify and manage non-conformances. Conduct non-conformance analysis and report findings. Document inspection records in SAP QM. Maintain quality inspection tools and equipment. Support 5S program in the work environment. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Test Room, and Supply teams. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines. Managers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background Bachelor’s degree in engineering.Mechanical or Materials and Metallurgical Engineering is a plus. Min 10 years’ experience in a production environment, mainly in transformer quality processes. Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance, such as ISO 9001 and other relevant standards. Excellent analytical skills for data analysis and non-conformance investigations. Performed Internal Audit, Experienced in leading external audits Knowledge of problem-solving methods such as 8D, root cause analysis, Ishikawa. Developed job follow-up and problem-solving skills, paying attention to details. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish.
