Job Responsibilities • Handle a variety of immigration law cases, including family-based petitions, visas, asylum and business immigration • Prepare and file applications, petitions, and supporting documentation for immigration matters. • Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance on complex immigration issues. • Maintain strong client communication in both Turkish and English, ensuring clarity and responsiveness. • Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedures to provide accurate legal counsel. • Collaborate with attorneys, legal assistants and paralegals to manage caseload effectively. Qualifications • Bachelors degree from an accredited law school. • At least one year of experience in immigration law. • Knowledge of immigration law and procedures, including visas, green cards, waivers, and asylum cases. • Experience handling visas and other immigration matters, including family and employment-based immigration. • Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse clients. • Ability to manage multiple cases, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
