WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Regular reconciliations ensuring integrity and timeliness of project financial date. Champion improvements to accounts receivable, procure to pay, payroll and job reporting. Develop the ERP software to effectively maintain project analysis. Assist with EOM and EOFY processes and reporting where required. AR & AP functions as required. Project and Cost Administration. WHAT YOU WILL BRING Intellectual curiosity, proactiveness, willingness to learn. Experience within construction, or another complex industry. Experience in analytical or commercial role with exposure to financial analysis, cost control and/or systems accounting. Able to use financial systems; Viewpoint Jobpac, Excel, PowerBi particularly advantageous. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment is essential. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking people who possess: Minimum 2 years Management Accounting / Systems Accounting experience. Tertiary qualification in related field e.g., accounting, finance, business. Experience using Viewpoint Jobpac or similar ERP system. ABOUT US!
