Develop, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs that foster a highly skilled and knowledgeable workforce to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation and maintenance of the Hydrogen production plant. The role collaborates with Engineering, HR, Procurement, and HSSE to design a long-term training strategy for the Jubail facility, covering engineering, commissioning, and ongoing operations. It supports day-to-day activities as part of the operating staff while driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, and performance.
