About the job Human Resources & Administration Officer Location: Moscow, Russia (supporting Russia, Kazakhstan and Central Asia operations) Job Responsibilities Oversee full spectrum of HR operations and ensure effective implementation of HR programs aligned with Group standards, including maintaining personnel records and organization charts. Handle recruitment processes such as job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, onboarding and probation follow-up. Support training and development initiatives, including coordination of training programs and maintaining training records. Administer compensation & benefits matters, including payroll coordination, leave management, insurance and staff welfare programs. Act as the key HR contact between local office, Hong Kong Headquarters and regional staff on HR operations, employee relations and policy communication. Liaise with external vendors, labour bureaus and government authorities to ensure compliance with local labour laws and business requirements. Maintain HR reports, statutory documents and compliance records as required by Russian regulations. Coordinate employee work permits, visas and other employment-related applications. Manage general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations, and support ad hoc administrative tasks including office renovation/relocation, staff events and reception backup. Participate in corporate and HR initiatives/projects as the local point of contact. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline. Minimum 2 years’ hands-on HR and administrative experience in Russia; experience covering Kazakhstan/Central Asia is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office with knowledge of local labour regulations. Strong responsibility, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels. Good command of spoken and written Russian and English.
