HR Operations & Administration •Oversee day-to-day HR operational activities including onboarding, offboarding, attendance management, and HR documentation. •Complete onboarding formalities in accordance with company policies, including documentation and system updates. •Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date employee files, HR records, and documentation. •Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of all HR records and data. •Support audits and compliance reviews by maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
