About the job
Responsibilities:
Preparation of data on the number of employees for the Group of Companies, analysis of the planned-actual number of employees, the number of dismissals and hires, turnover, reasons for dismissals for the Group of Companies, monthly;
Monthly plan-factor analysis of payroll costs (by divisions, markets across the Group of Companies) with the preparation of justifications for the reasons for deviations, forecast data until the end of the year with orientation and ensuring a close connection between business results and team goals;
Preparation of data for the Salary forecast, taking into account all planned organizational changes for the group of companies, monthly;
Preparation of bonus accruals (including 4th quarter + annual at the close of the financial year) for bonuses for a group of companies - monthly;
Preparation of data and presentations with justification of deviations in HR metrics for the presentation of data at reporting meeting sites (quarterly);
Preparing analytics and calculations to support salary revision proposals – annually; preparing employee information for Salary Review for distribution to function managers, processing proposals from managers, and preparing a summary for the group of companies;
Annual budgeting of Salary cost for the Group of Companies, preparation of scenarios within the framework of the 4-2-1 plan;
Preparation of calculations for stress scenarios, at the request of management;
Data verification in 1C after uploading information after approval of final data on Salary increase;
Labor market analytics – participation in the preparation and submission of data, analysis of salaries in the company using market data;
Assistance in preparing proposals for employee transfers/changes in remuneration conditions;
Calculation of bonuses on a monthly, quarterly, annual basis;
Verification and approval of Job Offers;
HR budget consolidation.
Requirements:
Higher education (technical, mathematical, financial and economic);
Confident user of Excel, Power Point (SQL, BI will be an advantage);
English language (C1-advanced);
Knowledge of dashboard construction.
