A hotel manager is needed (preferably someone knowledgeable in fishing). Responsibilities: • Development, implementation and maintenance of high standards of reception and service to Guests. • Team management, setting tasks and monitoring the implementation of decisions. • Development and approval of a strategy for sales and promotion of hotel services. • Formation of pricing policies, basic and additional services. • Increasing the level of comfort, developing new ideas and proposals to improve the quality of service and ensure hotel occupancy. • Management of business activities, ensuring and monitoring the smooth operation of equipment, purchasing consumables; inventory: implementation and reporting. • Interaction with regulatory and inspection bodies, maintenance and preparation of reporting documentation. Monitoring compliance with legislation and regulations. • Prompt resolution of tasks set by management. Requirements: - Experience with the TRAVELLINE program - Experience in a managerial position, hotel management for at least 3 years; - Attentiveness, responsibility, communication skills, stress resistance, ability to work in a team; - A prerequisite, the ability to multitask; - Literate oral and written communication; - Confident user of a PC, office programs.
