QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
University degree, preferably Master’s Degree,
Excellent command of written & oral English,
Minimum 4 years experience in a similar position,
Willing to visit customers in his/her responsible area,
Organized, systematic, reliable and team worker,
Goal - oriented, innovative and problem solver,
Familiar with data analysis and reporting,
Advanced skills in the MS Office suite of applications,
No restrictions on travel,
Residing in Istanbul or able to relocate.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Building, managing, and expanding a hospitality customer portfolio, including chain hotels, restaurant groups, and distributors.
Regularly analyzing and reporting sales performance, and proposing corrective or improvement actions.
Managing distributors, sales rep performance, developing existing distributors, and onboarding new distributors when necessary.
Providing product training, demonstrations, and field support to business partners and sales teams and reps.
Working in a KPI-driven structure and taking actions to achieve targets such as sales volume, revenue, penetration, and new customer acquisition.
Using CRM systems effectively for customer tracking, pipeline management, and visit planning.
