Key Outcomes: Lead and motivate a warehouse team across multiple facilities to ensure efficient daily operations Plan, schedule, and prioritize workloads for staff, making sure everything gets done on time Keep inventory and receiving data accurate and up-to-date in our systems Ensure safety policies are followed and maintain a clean, organized facility Support and develop staff through coaching, training, and ongoing team development Identify ways to improve processes and help implement new procedures and training materials Do you have what it takes?
