About the job We create ABAK PLC and ABAK+ – high-tech solutions for industrial automation. We are looking for a leader to manage a team of developers (30+ people) in the field of embedded development. Key tasks: build processes and improve code quality; develop a team (hiring, mentoring, growth plans); coordinate work with other departments; distribute the workload among employees; control architecture and technical debt. We are waiting for you if: You have at least 3 years of experience managing teams in software development you are able to see the system as a whole and plan one step ahead; You are interested in solving complex technical problems in a growing company. It will be a plus: basic understanding of the operating principles of measuring systems and industrial automation equipment; familiarization with communication interfaces (RS‑485, CAN, Ethernet, etc.); understanding of embedded development; knowledge of modern technological practices (CI/CD, code review, testing); experience working with legacy systems.
