About the job Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Head of People Analytics. SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team. Our headquarter is located in Yerevan, Armenia, and this role requires relocation. Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Head of People Analytics to lead our strategic workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives. This role is critical to aligning talent strategy with business goals through advanced analytics, forecasting, and performance insights. You will build and lead a high-impact team that partners closely with HR, Finance, Strategy, and Business Unit leaders to deliver actionable insights that improve workforce efficiency, organizational design, and long-term planning. Responsibilities Lead strategic workforce planning, aligning headcount forecasts with business plans, market trends, and organizational goals Develop analytical models to project future talent needs across geographies and functions Design and manage headcount normalization frameworks based on task complexity, process volumes, and service levels Build tools and processes to monitor employee workload, productivity, and utilization across teams Deliver insights on resource efficiency to support data-driven staffing and budgeting decisions Assess organizational structure effectiveness, identifying improvement areas and recommending optimal team configurations Partner with HR, Finance, and Strategy teams to embed analytics into org design, budgeting, and transformation projects Present findings and recommendations to senior executives and contribute to company-wide performance reviews Build and mentor a team of analysts and ensure high-quality delivery, methodology consistency, and stakeholder collaboration Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field 7+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, strategic HR, or management consulting Strong expertise in data modeling, predictive analytics, and headcount optimization Proven experience in organizational design, operating model assessment, or HR transformation Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools; experience with SQL, Python, or R is a plus Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence executive stakeholders Strategic mindset with the ability to link talent data to business impact Fluent in Russian and English; additional languages are a plus Working Model & Travel: This is an on-site role based in Yerevan Occasional travel may be required (approx. 5–10%) What We Offer: Competitive compensation and annual performance bonus High visibility and influence on company-wide decision-making Opportunity to build and lead a cutting-edge People Analytics capability from the ground up Exposure to strategic initiatives across HR, business planning, and transformation Fast-paced, innovation-driven work environment with clear growth opportunities Do you like to learn hard, work hard and play hard?
