Our headquarter is located in Yerevan, Armenia, and this role requires relocation. Role Overview: In this role, you will support the execution of key cross-functional initiatives that drive SoftConstruct’s growth, innovation, and operational effectiveness. Working alongside Project Managers and business leaders, you’ll gain hands-on experience in managing strategic projects and shaping the company’s transformation journey Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives (e.g., operating model redesign, cost efficiency programs, digital transformation) Manage and coach a team of 2+ junior team members, ensuring professional growth and high-quality output Build and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets across multiple workstreams Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions and business verticals to ensure strategic and operational alignment Develop and deliver clear, data-driven status updates, executive dashboards, and board-ready materials Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and decision-making forums with mid- and senior-level stakeholders Champion change management and internal communication, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems Track and report on project KPIs and business impact metrics to ensure measurable success Act as the accountable owner for your projects, driving delivery from strategy to execution Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field 1–3 years of relevant experience in consulting, internal strategy, or PMO roles (internships or graduate programs included) Analytical mindset and ability to think in a structured, outcome-driven way Proactive communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills High level of ownership, curiosity, accountability, and willingness to learn Fluent in Russian and English; additional languages are a plus Working Model & Travel: This is an on-site role based in Yerevan Occasional travel may be required (approx. 5–10%) What We Offer: Competitive salary and substantial performance bonus Structured onboarding and mentoring from senior team members Hands-on exposure to strategic projects with direct business impact Opportunity to shape high-impact company-wide programs Fast-paced career progression: into Project Manager in Strategy & Transformation or management roles in other functions and business verticals Do you like to learn hard, work hard and play hard?
