Job Description Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Global & Non-Tech roles Source, screen, and interview candidates for international positions, working closely with global hiring managers Build and maintain strong global talent pipelines and candidate networks Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from first contact to offer stage Maintain and update candidate and recruitment-related records Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing activities Support recruitment-related events and initiatives (career fairs, networking events, etc.) Support People & Culture processes when needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment Excellent command of spoken and written English Strong interest in People & Culture functions and willingness to take responsibility from day one Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Eagerness to learn and continuously improve Self-driven, team-oriented, and proactive A can-do mindset with strong problem-solving skills
