About the job Freelance Product Designer (Figma, user flows, design system) — RUMA (MVP) We're developing RUMA , an app for landlords and tenants who've already found each other outside of the app. The product helps quickly connect tenants to the property using a code and manage the rental process: documents, basic statuses, and key actions. What needs to be done (scope for 2-4 weeks) Assemble IA (Information Architecture) : list of screens + structure, how everything is connected Draw 2-3 key user flows (landlord / tenant) to a clickable prototype Create a UI kit/design system (colors, typography, buttons, inputs, states: empty/error/loading) Draw all MVP screens + key states Prepare a handoff for development : components, styles, descriptions, sizes, variants MVP flows (example) Landlord: create rental → get invite code → add object/docs Tenant: enter code → join rental → view docs / basic actions Expected result One Figma file: IA + flows + screens + component library Clickable MVP prototype (so you can show it to 3-5 people) A clear handoff for iOS development Work format Remote, project/contract (part-time possible) Communication: Jira (scope), Figma (design), GitHub (dev handoff) Short synchs 2-3 times a week, quick iterations Requirements Strong Product Design experience (not just drawing, but thinking in flows) Figma: auto-layout, components/variants, styles, library Ability to design states and edge cases Portfolio with real products (especially: forms, onboarding, documents, fintech/proptech) Plus SaaS / proptech / marketplace / fintech experience Experience working together with iOS (SwiftUI) How to respond Send: link to portfolio 2-3 projects where you did IA/flows + design system your format (hour/project) and availability P.S.
