About the Job Posting We are looking for a Shift Supervisor/Foreman to join our offshore project at Filyos Port . This position is suitable for team leaders who will manage the field crew and ensure the safe and planned progress of lifting operations. Job Description: • Coordination of sling operators, helmsmen, and field crew according to the daily work plan • Analysis and accurate on-site implementation of employer instructions and monitoring of their application • Conducting lifting operations in accordance with international standards and occupational safety regulations • Monitoring operational risks, taking necessary precautions, and supporting a safe work culture • Preparing field reports and coordinating with relevant units WORKING HOURS: 7:00-19:00 / 19:00-7:00 Candidate Profile: • Preferably experienced in offshore, port, or lifting operations • Strong communication and team management skills • Good command of English is preferred • Candidates holding Rigger, Banksman, or related occupational safety certifications will be given priority Candidate Criteria • Experience Experienced / Inexperienced • Education Level High School (Graduate), Associate Degree (Graduate), University (Graduate), Master's Degree (Graduate) • Foreign Language English (Reading: Good, Writing: Good, Speaking: Good)
