Job Description: 1- To carry out the necessary work to achieve the sales targets determined for the region in which it operates. To this end, to conduct sales activities to customers who will be visited within the framework of a specific route plan, using company-determined sales prices, company-determined sales instruments (new product introductions, catalog work, online sales, demos, etc.), and other necessary communication techniques. 2- To manage existing customer relations in a healthy manner and to expand the customer portfolio by working with new and reactive customers. 3- Analyze customer needs; follow Würth product catalogs closely and sell products that meet customer needs. 4- To carry out the collection of payments from the customers to whom sales are made and to take the necessary precautions to ensure that the collections are made on time. 5- Keeping the requested reports on sales, collection and other related issues and regularly forwarding these reports to senior managers.
