Troubleshoot hardware-related issues using APZ21260 and APG systems. Utilize the CELLO platform, MO-Shell, FTP, Telnet, and Linux for operational tasks. Experience with Dell and Juniper switches is preferred. Work with Kubernetes and Wireshark traces; knowledge of AWS or cloud services is a plus. Resolve first and second-level HW O&M alarms for CUDB, MSC-BC, MGW, RNC, HSS, and HLR-FE. Apply OPIs for boards (SC, PL, & DSG) replacements in CUDB and BSC, MSC, MGW, and RNC. Troubleshoot optical fiber-related issues, including loop testing, fiber cleaning, and power testing using VFL and power meters. Manage PS Core nodes (EPG, MME, SAPC) and related hardware activities. Conduct procedures for HRV and redundancy tests for BSC, MSC, and HLR-FE. Provide onsite support during OSS/ENM outages.
