Full time · Entry level Medical Hospital Job Description Receives patients and performs registration procedures on HIS system. Checks necessary documents and IDs for accuracy and completeness. Verifies patient’s third party payer coverage for eligibility and obtains authorizations using dedicated online interfaces. Performs daily audits on invoices and third-party payer documents issued and coordinates timely delivery of invoices with Outpatient Billing Supervisor. Answers telephone calls and either responds to inquiry or refers caller to appropriate personnel; handles patient inquiries on services billed. Prepares and issues invoices as per third party payer contracts and eligibility. Collects total invoice amounts or price differences from patients. Audits and balances cash register at beginning and end of shift. Maintains a high standard of customer services. Skills BA Degree or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in ER or outpatient billing field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates a strong ability to identify, analyze and solve problems. Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and work discipline. Fluency in spoken and written Arabic, English and French. Night duty - 7h till 7h 15 duty per month
