Electrical Systems Engineer Actalent•Sterling, VA• Description We are seeking an Electrical Systems Engineer to assist in the design and integration of advanced cUAS sensor system. This role focuses on supporting the finalization of the Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensuring proper selection and integration of key components for of a new, mobile, RF sensor system. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with lead systems engineer to finalize the Bill of Materials (BOM) for the system. - Assist in selecting and validating a sensor mast for RF sensors to meet operational and environmental requirements. - Support the evaluation and selection of DC-to-DC power converters to ensure compatibility with system architecture and power distribution needs. - Provide technical input on system design decisions, ensuring compliance with performance specifications and integration standards. - Document design decisions, component specifications, and integration plans for stakeholder review.
