The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full technical lifecycle of MEP projects, from initial tender preparation and technical submission to post-contract shop drawing development and construction methodology. This role requires an in-depth understanding of Saudi Building Codes (SBC), exceptional technical drafting skills, and the ability to coordinate complex Electrical systems (LV/MV power distribution and ELV Systems). Key Responsibilities: 1.Lead the preparation of comprehensive technical tender documents, including method statements and technical compliance statements. 2.Deepen and refine tender drawings to identify technical gaps; collaborate with the Quantity Surveying team to ensure precise quantity take-offs. 3.Conduct rigorous research on tender specifications, international standards and local Saudi regulations; identify technical risks and provide solutions to support commercial bid preparation. 4.Develop detailed shop drawings, section details, and builders' work drawings; prepare specialized Construction Method Statements to ensure site execution aligns with design intent
