About the job Job Overview： We are seeking an Ozon Local E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage our local store on Russia's Ozon platform. Your core goal is to drive store GMV growth, enhance brand influence in the Russian market, and ensure compliant, efficient operations through data-driven strategies and localized marketing. Key Responsibilities： Store Operations: Manage daily store activities (product listing, Russian page optimization: titles/keywords/images), set pricing based on market/competitors; ensure Ozon policy compliance (certification, labeling); plan localized promotions (Black Friday, Flash Sales) to boost exposure and sales. Inventory & Logistics: Collaborate with supply chain/overseas warehouses on inventory replenishment; monitor turnover, control overstock/stock-out risks; oversee order fulfillment (48h shipment), optimize logistics to balance cost and delivery experience. Data & Advertising: Analyze core data (sales, traffic, conversion, ad ROI) via Ozon backend/Excel; generate weekly/monthly reports and optimize strategies; research market/competitors; manage Ozon in-site ads (CPC/CPM) and external promotion (VK/Yandex) to achieve ≥1:4 ad ROI. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries/complaints within 2h; handle returns/refunds, maintain store rating ≥4.7/5; collect feedback to inform product/operation improvements. Cross-team Work: Cooperate with design team on localized product visuals; coordinate with customer service to standardize Russian response processes; feedback Russian market demand to product team for selection optimization. Requirements & Qualifications： Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in E-commerce, International Trade, Russian, Marketing preferred. 1-2 years Ozon local store operation experience; Proficient in Ozon seller backend, ERP systems; skilled in data analysis tools; familiar with Ozon advertising tools (Yandex Direct experience a plus). Russian proficiency & basic English. Strong market sensitivity, adaptability to industry/policy changes; good pressure resistance, result-oriented, with teamwork spirit.
