About the job Job Responsibilities: Fully responsible for the registration of the company’s pharmaceutical products in the Russian market, including the writing, compilation, review, and submission of application documents, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare of Russia (Roszdravnadzor) and other relevant regulatory authorities. Monitor the progress of registration testing and official review in real time, proactively communicate and resolve various issues arising during the approval process, and be responsible for the maintenance, updating, and renewal management of registration certificates. Continuously monitor changes in laws and regulations, technical standards, and industry policies related to drug registration in Russia, promptly prepare analysis reports, and provide professional guidance to internal teams. Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with Roszdravnadzor, relevant government departments, testing institutions, and industry associations, and assist the company in handling various on-site inspections and regulatory audits. Work closely with internal R&D, marketing, and other teams to provide professional support for drug registration and participate in formulating product localization compliance strategies. Responsible for external communication and coordination related to registration, including liaison and interactions with partners, industry experts, and representatives of regulatory authorities. Participate in establishing the company’s subsidiary in Russia, including company registration, office location selection and leasing, as well as daily operational management and maintenance, to ensure smooth local business operations. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above, with a background in pharmacy, biology, medicine, pharmaceutical engineering, or related disciplines. Familiar with Russian drug registration laws and regulations, technical standards, application procedures, and documentation requirements, with solid professional knowledge and practical experience. More than 5 years of relevant experience in Russian drug registration, capable of independently leading full-process registration projects; candidates with successful registration cases are preferred. Fluent in Russian (native or near-native proficiency), with basic English communication skills (both written and spoken). Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, project management capability, and problem-solving ability; meticulous, logical, and highly responsible. Demonstrates strong teamwork spirit, able to adapt to a multi-tasking work pace, with strong stress tolerance and willingness to travel.
