This role involves ensuring that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and stored in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements. The Document Controller will work closely with the Contracts Management team to support the entire lifecycle of contracts, from initial drafting to final execution. Core Responsibilities : Contract Management Manage the receipt, registration, and distribution of all contractual documents. Assist in the preparation, review, and editing of contracts and other legal documents. Maintain records of all correspondence, amendments, and changes. Ensure that all contract-related documents meet quality standards and comply with company policies and legal regulations. Liaise with internal stakeholders, including legal, procurement, and project management teams, to ensure all necessary documents are available and accessible. Coordinate with external parties such as vendors, clients, and legal representatives to manage and distribute contractual documentation. Generate regular reports on document control activities and contract status. Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive contract information. Implement and enforce document control procedures in accordance with company policies and industry best practices.
