About the job We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Director, Overseas Sales-Russian Market at Atlantis Sanya, in China! The Director, Overseas Sales-Russian Market is responsible for the strategic direction and innovation to achieve budgeted revenue of overseas Russian market for Atlantis Sanya Resort. This role will remote Sales Offices in Russia. The Director, Overseas Sales-Russian Market role is to recruit & develop top sales to join the organization, with the skills and competencies to create, develop, lead in a brand-new business – individuals who will excel in a “ground floor” opportunity. Develop an effective organizational structure, and build a strong Russian Overseas Sales team. Ensure motivation and commitment of sales & marketing team through teambuilding, rewards and recognition initiatives. Supplying strong leadership and cohesiveness to business units and the sales organization by driving common day-to-day coordination, cooperation, strategy and vision, internally as well as externally. Possessing the presence, business acumen and savvy to drive both the sales process and the creative process from concept to market while balancing the sensitivities of the creative group and the expectation level of the business unit. Play the role of “champion” in seeking unique and innovative new sales opportunities and being the company’s most impactful voice with respect to brand positioning and communications. The ideal candidate as follow, 1. Have at least 5 years of experience as a Sales Management Role in Russian market development of tourism or hospitality industry, accompanied by proven successful cases. 2. Possess over 10 years of working experience in well-known domestic cultural and tourism enterprises, including inbound travel agencies, international hotel groups, overseas Global Sales Offices (GSO) or National Sales Offices (NSO) of leading domestic and foreign theme parks, resorts/theme parks, and large-scale international commercial retail entities. 3. Be familiar with the dynamics of the overseas industry, have abundant industry resources, and possess experience in inbound charter flights. 4. Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management skills, and be result-oriented. 5. Have outstanding marketing planning and execution capabilities, strong market development skills, and a sharp business acumen. 6. Nationality is not restricted; be fluent in both Chinese and English with smooth communication skills.
