About the job Digital Marketing Manager (Dental Tourism – Facebook & Instagram Ads) Sector: Dental Tourism / Aesthetic Dentistry r 🦷 About the Position We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to manage end-to-end digital advertising processes for our modern dental center, which serves international patients and specializes in aesthetic dentistry and implant solutions . This role requires high expertise in Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Meta Business Manager , landing page optimization, target country strategies, and conversion-driven campaign management . The aim is to attract high-quality potential patients from markets such as Europe, the UK, the USA, Canada, the Middle East, etc., and to create a patient flow that converts into appointments with the clinic. 🎯 Responsibilities Managing all aspects of Facebook & Instagram advertising (targeting, optimization, budgeting, scaling) Developing target audience strategies for international markets. Preparing and submitting performance reports to the management team. Testing and optimizing landing page, form, and WhatsApp conversion processes. Creating advertising copy, visual concepts, and video content. To improve lead quality, we continuously conduct A/B tests. Managing advertising budgets efficiently and in a performance-oriented way. Increasing appointment conversion rates by working in parallel with clinical processes. Conducting competitor analyses and identifying new country opportunities. 🔍 Required Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in advertising management in the dental tourism / aesthetic dentistry sector (mandatory) Advanced expertise in Meta Business Manager A strong track record of success in lead generation campaigns targeting international markets.
