SynerData Agency Is Hiring for Database Administrator The Database Administrator (DBA) will be responsible for the performance, integrity and security of the company's databases. This role requires a highly skilled individual with experience in database management, maintenance and troubleshooting. The DBA will also be responsible for developing and implementing data backup and recovery plans, as well as ensuring data is properly archived. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of database architecture, data structures and SQL coding. They must also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Monitor database performance and provide solutions to optimize performance - Troubleshoot any issues that arise with databases - Develop and implement data backup and recovery plans - Ensure data is properly archived for future use - Create new databases or modify existing ones to meet business needs - Analyze database requirements of various applications and make recommendations for improvements - Provide technical support to users when needed - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to database management Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - Proven work experience as a Database Administrator or similar role - Strong knowledge of database management systems (DBMS) - Experience in SQL coding - Understanding of data structures, normalization, indexing, etc. - Familiarity with disaster recovery principles and techniques - Ability to troubleshoot common database issues - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Biometric passport required for international travel Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience) We welcome candidates from all nationalities who meet the qualifications listed above.
