Job Description
Lead and manage daily customer service operations and team performance
Ensure timely handling of customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
Manage escalations and coordinate with operations/dispatch to meet customer needs
Monitor service KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
Improve customer satisfaction through process improvement and staff coaching
Maintain clear communication with customers on service updates and delivery status
Skills
5–7 years of customer service experience (logistics/transportation preferred)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Logistics/transportation background
Strong leadership, communication & presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office
