Women Istanbul (hybrid) or throughout Türkiye (remote) Your role: The perfect combination – from the first meeting, you manage sales and customer support end-to-end: Consulting – You provide consulting services to parents and students, suggest solutions tailored to their needs, and arrange appointments with our educational centers in Germany. Manage calls – You answer calls from new and existing customers, and make calls when necessary. Turn interest into a customer – You inform families about our packages and convert their interest into an appointment. Customer support – You provide support for existing customers' requests and questions. Operational tasks – You organize customer records, manage follow-up processes, and ensure the smooth running of operations. Your success will be measured by these criteria: Conversion Rate – Converting potential customers into appointments. Appointment attendance rate – Ensuring that clients who have scheduled appointments actually attend their meetings. Customer satisfaction – Effectively managing calls and meeting team goals. With the qualities we expect from you: Native-level German – you can easily communicate with German-speaking parents and students and generate interest and excitement about our services in them. Sales perspective & initiative – You enjoy persuading, set ambitious goals for yourself, and actively contribute to team success. Communication skills – You have a persuasive, empathetic, and trustworthy approach. Experience – Customer service, telesales, or call center experience is preferred (but not required).
