About the job We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Manager. About the Role: Your responsibilities will include: Maintenance and improvement of the existing quality system Participation in the development and implementation of the annual quality plan, indicators, and risk assessment system. Ensuring a timely process for assessing and implementing global operating procedures (SOPs) in the Company's GxP departments. Ensuring the process of local quality control/packaging/labeling of products in accordance with legal requirements Participation in the formation of strategy and decision-making to ensure the effective operation of the quality assurance department Implementation and execution of the G&P change control process in the company Preparing for the launch of new products. Ensuring that self-inspections are carried out in accordance with the established frequency. Participation in the preparation and conduct of Company audits. Ensuring the Company's readiness for inspections by regulatory authorities. Support for product localization projects. Participation in projects at the global and local levels. Leading local projects. You are a great candidate for this role if you have Higher education in the field of pharmacology, chemistry, biotechnology, medicine. Upper-intermediate English At least 5 years of experience in the quality assurance department of a pharmaceutical company. Knowledge of the QMS and regulatory acts of the Russian Federation and the Eurasian Economic Union concerning the requirements for the quality management system.
