The Governor’s Secretariat of Bihar has issued a corrigendum regarding Pro-Vice-Chancellor appointments. The notice amends selection criteria across 14 state universities. A previous clause calculating ten years of experience from the professorship notification date is cancelled. Eligibility will now be determined by Clause 6.3 (VI) of the UGC Regulations 2018.
