About the job At TravelShop Booking, we are a globally growing brand in the tourism industry, rapidly undergoing a digital transformation. To further advance our brand, strengthen our global agency network, and increase our visibility in the international market, we are looking for a team member with expertise in corporate operations and communications who can build active and sustainable relationships with agents. Duties and Responsibilities Communicating in English, both in writing and orally, with travel agencies on a global scale. We support agencies throughout the process of uploading tours to our platform. Contacting registered agencies that haven't uploaded tours yet to get feedback. Encouraging agencies to be active on the platform. Developing long-term business relationships by maintaining regular communication with existing agents. Passing on feedback from agencies to the relevant teams. To work towards increasing the number of tours and agency activity on the platform. Required Qualifications Good level of English (written and spoken) Strong communication and persuasion skills. Tourism, travel, or online platform experience is a preferred factor. A structured, persistent, and results-oriented work discipline.
