Research Design and Execution (Mandatory Qualitative/Quantitative Focus) 1.2. Primary Data Gathering and Stakeholder Mapping. 1.3. First Draft of Research Report & Policy Recommendations. 1.4. Comprehensive Research Report and Strategic Roadmap Deliverable 2: Design and Facilitation of Comprehensive Capacity Building Roadmap and Training Content 2.1. Facilitation & Capacity Building Roadmap Qualifications *Advanced university degree (master’s level or equivalent) in Economics, Labor Economy, Industrial Relations, Law, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Migration Studies, or a related field. *A first-level university degree with a minimum of seven years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of an advanced university degree. *In addition to the above, academicians actively engaged in this field, with demonstrated experience working academically in coordination with relevant national authorities and international organizations, will be given priority in the assessment process. *Experience in designing and conducting qualitative/quantitative research studies involving vulnerable populations, labor exploitation (child labor, modern slavery), social and economic integration of migrants, labor trafficking and human trafficking, migrant labor and migrants in the local labor market. *Demonstrated expertise in Turkish legal and policy frameworks related to labour, migration, social security, and combating modern slavery/WFLE. *Proven experience in developing training curricula and awareness-raising materials for government institutions (specifically inspection/audit bodies), the private sector, and/or civil society organizations. *Familiarity with international labour standards, human rights due diligence principles, and ethical recruitment frameworks (e.g., IRIS Standards, UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights). *Previous experience working in close coordination with key Turkish government institutions (MoLSS, PMM, SSI) is highly desirable. Experience Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of labour migration, refugee protection, anti-trafficking, and/or labour market policy/compliance in Türkiye. Skills Excellent analytical and report writing skills in both English and Turkish Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with high-level government officials, trade unions, and private sector representatives. Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines. Languages Fluency in written and spoken Turkish (Mandatory) and fluency in written English (Mandatory).
