GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS; Preferably graduated from Electrical or Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering departments of universities, Will be able to take part in land solar power plant projects, Preferably at least 5 years of experience in solar power plant installation and field management, Preferably experienced in Tracker (single axis tracking) mounting system installations. Able to think analytically and open to development, Able to use AutoCAD program effectively, Teamwork oriented and solution-oriented, No travel restrictions, For male candidates, have completed their military service, Resource, time, project and employee management skills are well developed, Those who reside/can reside in the province where the project is located, Able to drive actively, Able to adapt to flexible working hours. JOB DESCRIPTION; In our company's Solar Power Plant projects, To monitor the manufacturing and application stages of electrical and mechanical works, To coordinate the work of subcontractor companies in projects and to carry out the necessary controls, To monitor the field application stages of the Solar Power Plant, To comply with the project's work plan and to make all necessary interventions to prevent disruption of the plan, To monitor occupational safety measures under the guidance of the OHS expert, Representing the company against the employer, To implement the Company Quality Policy, Reporting daily, weekly and monthly progress to management for the project for which he/she is responsible.
