Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our team remotely in the defense and aerospace industry. This position involves working with a commission-based compensation structure, focusing on acquiring new customers, managing sales and bid processes, and providing detailed sales reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on a commission structure, earning a 3% commission on the total sales invoice.
Apply RAMSA DEFENCE AND AEROSPACE's sales strategies to attract new customers.
Manage the bid and sales processes effectively to ensure success.
Act as a project partner, contributing to ongoing project success.
Provide regular reports and updates on the sales process.
Qualifications:
Previous experience with RAMSA DEFENCE AND AEROSPACE or similar companies in the defense and aerospace sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ability to create reports.
Fluency in English is a must.
Strong communication skills and ability to represent the company in the assigned region.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Salary:
There is no monthly salary. Compensation will be a 3% commission on the total sales invoice.
