Conduct Reviews, resolve conflicts, hire and train new staff, and manage agency software systems. Responsibilities Must be very proficient in Epic, and coordinate training and accountability of individuals. Lead by example. Will assist with Marketing. Act as the right arm to the Ownership group in guiding and implementing new policies. This is a mostly in-office position; you can work from home when needed, but they expect you to be in the office most of the time. Qualifications Prefers a BA a 2-20 or equivalent. Min 10 years on the agency side of the business and 5 years in a leadership role. Required Skills Proficient in Epic. Experience in leadership roles. Experience working closely with producers and Insurance company reps. Min 10 years of commercial Insurance exp and 5 years in a leadership capacity Must come from an independent agency
