What you will be doing (specifically): Actively search for and attract new B2B clients from within your base and beyond. The full sales cycle: from initial contact and service presentation to contract conclusion and successful project launch. Consulting clients on optimal outsourcing models (what is most beneficial for the client). In-depth analysis of customer needs , preparation of individual commercial proposals. Conducting negotiations at the level of decision-makers (owners, general and commercial directors, HR directors). Control and development of long-term relationships with key clients. We are looking for you if you have: Experience in successful sales in the field of outsourcing, recruiting, HR services or related B2B services - at least 2 years. An established database of contacts and clients in your region/industry with whom you are ready to begin working. Skills in conducting complex negotiations and handling objections at the top management level.
