Job Description: Development and implementation of a benefits program and digital customer portal:
Segmentation of the client base by behavioral, financial and profile characteristics.
Development and analysis of the customer journey.
Identifying client insights and needs.
Develop a rewards and benefits system based on segmentation, customer needs and the customer journey.
Developing mechanics that encourage repeat purchases and increase the average order value, as well as systems for managing lost customers.
Working with suppliers of related goods, services and services.
Developing an online portal in collaboration with the IT, customer service, digital marketing, and CRM teams.
Integration of all services and client programs into a single online account.
Managing the operation of privilege programs and the client portal.
Managing benefits programs and the online portal:
Monitoring and analysis of program effectiveness.
Regular updates to the content and functionality of the online account.
Order processing and reward logistics management.
Providing a high level of customer service.
Working in a CRM system.
Reporting and analytics:
Organizing regular collection and analysis of customer feedback (NPS, CSAT, CES).
Preparing regular reports and dashboards for the project team and management.
Analysis of program effectiveness.
Collecting data from an online platform for analyzing consumer insights and interests.
Coordination of the work of the marketing, sales and technical services departments to ensure maximum project efficiency.
Conducting tenders in cooperation with the procurement department, maintaining project documentation.
Participation in other projects for the development of digital marketing technologies.
Qualification Requirements Requirements
:
Higher education
A deep understanding of the principles of building incentive promotions and programs
Expertise in digital marketing and customer analytics
Knowledge of customer journey mapping and customer segmentation methodologies
Experience with CRM systems
Experience with and/or implementation of a CDP system (e.g., Mindbox) will be an advantage
Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI would be an advantage.
Understanding the principles of integration of various IT systems
Critical level of English: upper-intermediate
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing
Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in developing and managing benefits programs
Strong project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
