General Qualifications Graduated from Civil Engineering departments of universities Minimum 3 and maximum 15 years of experience as a Civil Engineer Knowledge of building design and construction management Experienced in project management and field applications Have up-to-date knowledge of building materials and construction techniques Ability to plan budgets and schedules for construction projects Ability to use technical drawing and design programs at a good level (IdeCAD, STA4 etc.) Aptitude for teamwork and high communication skills Problem-solving and analytical thinking ability Ability to adapt to the working model in the workplace Roles and Responsibilities Taking an active role in the design, planning and implementation stages of construction projects Coordinating project management processes and ensuring timely completion of projects To check the compliance of construction processes with quality standards by conducting field inspections Following innovations in building materials and techniques and integrating them into projects. Prepare project budgets and ensure cost control Preparing and keeping up to date the technical documentation of construction projects Identifying problems in projects and developing solution suggestions with analytical and critical thinking skills Encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team Providing technical support and consultancy at every stage of construction projects Candidate Criteria • Experience 3 - 15 years old • Education Level University (Graduate)
