About the job Catering Barista ( English language is required ) Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Catering Barista, located in Istanbul. The Catering Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional duties include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service during catering events. Qualifications Proficiency in Barista skills, including the preparation of coffee and specialty drinks Strong Customer Service and English Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members Experience in Food Preparation for catering events Exceptional Interpersonal Skills to create a welcoming and professional environment Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required Basic food safety knowledge and certification is a plus
