We are looking for an experienced Cash Operations Specialist who will manage the company’s daily treasury and financial operations. This role includes managing bank relationships, executing domestic and international money transfers, monitoring cash positions, handling guarantee letters, and overseeing collections. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of taking full ownership of cash operations processes. What you will be doing: Bank Relations & Treasury Operations Manage daily communication with banks and ensure smooth execution of all financial transactions. Process domestic and international payments (EFT, SWIFT, wire transfers) through banking systems. Monitor bank fees, commissions, credit limits, and optimize banking costs where possible. Cash Management Monitor daily cash balances and ensure liquidity requirements are met. Prepare and update short-term cash projections. Track account movements and ensure timely execution of treasury activities. Guarantee Letters Request issuance of new letters of guarantee from banks. Track expiry dates and coordinate renewals, amendments, and closures. Maintain accurate records of all active guarantees. Collections (Accounts Receivable) Follow up customer collections and ensure timely receipt of payments. Coordinate with customers and internal teams for overdue receivables. Improve collection discipline and reduce outstanding balances. Accounting & Internal Control Support Support invoice and document processing when required. Perform vendor/customer reconciliations and intercompany account checks. Contribute to internal process improvements across finance operations. What we are looking for: 7–8 years of experience in treasury, finance operations, banking, or cash management. Solid experience in cash operations, bank transactions, guarantee letters, and collections. Strong command of MS Office applications (advanced Excel skills preferred). Good level of English (written and verbal). Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail. Disciplined, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and follow‑up abilities. Problem-solving oriented and proactive in taking initiative. Accurate and timely execution of cash operations. Strong follow-up of collections and reduction of overdue receivables. Efficient management of bank relations and treasury activities.
