About the job Cargo Revenue Manager About the job: Revenue and Capacity Management Analyze profitability of routes, feeder legs, and network segments. Manage allocation of cargo capacity by destinations, customers, and cargo types. Monitor efficiency of available capacity utilization (payload, volume, density mix). Cargo Flow and Revenue Management Define priority cargo types and optimize the cargo mix. Balance high-yield and low-yield cargo considering schedule constraints and aircraft utilization. Make loading and offloading decisions at intermediate points along the route. Schedule and Network Management Assess schedule effectiveness from a revenue and load factor perspective. Participate in medium-term schedule adjustments (frequencies, days of operation, feeder legs). Support new routes, charter operations, and seasonal programs from an economic perspective. Prepare recommendations for schedule changes to improve commercial performance. Coordination and Analytics Support loading priority decisions under capacity constraints. Prepare regular analytics (plan vs. actual, load factors, revenue performance) and recommendations for management. Contribute to the development of KPIs related to schedule and network efficiency. Key Areas of Responsibility Commercial performance of flights and the network, not just load factors. Decisions to reject unprofitable cargo. Recommendations on schedule adjustments and connection/interline logic from a revenue perspective. Education and Experience Education Higher education in economics, analytics, aviation management, or related fields. 3-5 years of experience in cargo revenue management, capacity planning, network planning, or commercial analytics. Practical experience working with cargo or passenger schedules. Experience in decision-making under capacity and operational constraints. Professional Knowledge and Skills Understanding of yield management principles and tonnage/revenue forecasting. Knowledge of key cargo markets in Central Asia, Europe, and Asia. Experience with cargo systems (Cargospot, SkyChain, iCargo, CargoWise) is an advantage. Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI / Looker / Tableau). Strong analytical mindset with the ability to produce management-level insights and work cross-functionally.
