We work closely with entrepreneurs, companies, investors, and professionals navigating complex U.S. immigration processes. We are seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal to support our attorneys in managing employment-based immigration matters and to play an integral role in our growing business immigration practice. Position Overview A Business Immigration Paralegal assists immigration attorneys in managing corporate immigration cases. They ensure smooth and efficient processing of various employment-based visa applications and petitions, while maintaining compliance with immigration laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities Case management Prepare and file employment-based visa petitions such as E-2, H-1B, L-1, O-1, EB-1, EB-2, EB-2 NIW and EB-3 applications Handle permanent residency cases, including PERM labor certifications, I-140 immigrant petitions, and adjustment of status applications Manage visa extensions and amendments for foreign national employees Documentation Draft forms, legal documents, and correspondence related to immigration petitions and applications Review and organize client-provided documents to ensure completeness and compliance Maintain detailed records and case files, including tracking deadlines and case statuses Client communication Act as a point of contact for clients to provide updates, clarify requirements, and gather necessary information Address client inquiries promptly and professionally Work closely with HR representatives and employers regarding employee immigration matters. Legal research and compliance Conduct legal research on immigration policies, procedures, and regulations Ensure compliance with U.S. immigration regulations and guidelines Monitor changes in immigration law and advise attorneys and clients accordingly Team collaboration Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure timely and accurate case preparation Support internal workflows and contribute to efficient case management processes Qualifications 1–2 years of experience as a paralegal in business immigration law Strong familiarity with employment-based visa and green card processes Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Experience working with case management systems is a plus Fluency in Turkish and English (written and spoken) strongly preferred What We Offer Opportunity to work in a fast-growing and well-structured immigration law firm Remote work flexibility Collaborative and forward-thinking work environment Meaningful, client-focused legal work How to Apply Please submit your resume, cover letter, and references to: careers@callutku.com
