Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to grow sales of Greek golden visa apartments via affiliate network in Turkey
Source for the new relevant affiliate partners in Turkey
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and sales pitches to high net worth affiliates and end customers in Turkey
Onboard the new high net worth affiliates in Turkey and provide them with all the necessary information regarding Greek golden visa apartments
Negotiate effectively on terms and conditions of such partnerships
Track affiliates’ efficiency and performance and number of golden visa apartments sales that have been done through each of them
Re-engage the existing affiliates if their interest is lowering
Generate reports on the results and propose improvements to develop partner relationship in Turkey
Collaborate with sales to increase the number and speed of successfully sold golden visa apartments
Coordinate the major deals via affiliate network in Turkey to make sure that the golden visa apartments will be successfully sold
Represent the company at relevant events in Turkey to enhance the network of high net worth affiliates
Monitor competitors’ landscape to improve sales via affiliate network and stay ahead of market trends
Requirements:
Physical presence in Turkey
Specialized Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
An international MBA will be an advantage
Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in business development and partner relations in real estate, residential development and investment management in Turkey
Proven track record of establishing and maintaining successful partnerships, especially with HNWI in Turkey
High level of negotiation and communication skills
Ability to create and maintain long-term partner relations all over the world
Ability to analyze market data and effectively use it in relevant business development activities
Proactive, entrepreneurial approach, ability to take responsibility for decision-making
Problem solving skills
Ability to work in collaboration with other team members and achieve results together
Proficiency in CRM systems especially HubSpot and digital sales tools
Proficiency in Turkish with a minimum level of C2
Proficiency in English, with a minimum level of C1
Knowledge of other foreign languages will be an advantage
Strong attention to details and highly developed organizational skills
Conditions:
Salary is going to be discussed individually with successful candidate according to his/her qualification
