Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key affiliates, KOLs, and trading partners in your region. You will bring in high-quality traffic, execute campaigns, and help grow Toobit's regional user base.
Responsibilities:
Strengthen Partner Network: Strategically recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing network of affiliates and agents across North America / CIS.
Accelerate Performance: Design and implement targeted incentive programs to motivate partners and surpass revenue goals.
Amplify Local Presence: Plan and execute region-specific marketing campaigns and events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Champion Key Accounts: Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with top-tier partners to maximize retention and drive mutual success.
Deliver Market Insights: Provide actionable intelligence on competitors and local market trends to inform regional business strategies.
Requirements:
2-3 years in BD or affiliate marketing in the crypto industry.
Familiar with user acquisition models and trading behaviors.
Has worked with agents/KOLs and understands referral rebate systems.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
